Ship arrived in Hue/Danang on Day3, I’ve joined an excursion tour – Best of Danang City Shore Excursion & Hoi An Ancient Town Tour.
The English-speaking tour guide picked up from Chan May Port, Tien Sa Port, then get into private vehicle to experience Vietnam’s third largest city, Danang.
This is a typical itinerary with 7 iconic highlights and landmarks with traditional Vietnamese lunch:-
1. Linh Ung Pagoda, Bai But, Da Nang
The sandbank where the Buddha statue drifted was then named Bai But (i.e. Buddha land on earth) also was where Ling Ung pagoda erected today.

2. Dragon Bridge, Nguyen Van Linh Phuoc Ninh, Son Tra, Da Nang
The Dragon Bridge is a bridge over the River Hàn at Da Nang, Vietnam. Construction of the bridge began on 19 July 2009 when the former Prime Minister of Vietnam Nguyen Tan Dung. It is 666m long, 37.5m wide and has six lanes for traffic. It opened to traffic on March 29, 2013, at a cost of nearly VND 1.5 trillion dong (US$88m).

3. Han River Bridge, Da Nang
Mark the development of a youthful and energetic city and symbolizes the rising aspirations of the citizens.

4. My Khe Beach, Da Nang
The most picturesque beach, the white sandy 20-mile stretch of My Khe Beach was named by the American troops who visited during the Vietnam War for R&R. It offers excellent surfing from September just off the shores of Danang.

5. Hoi An Ancient Town
An exceptionally well-preserved example of a South-East Asian trading port dating from the 15th to the 19th century, it combined both indigenous and foreign to produce this unique heritage site. Here to visit an old merchant house, the Hoi An Museum, a Chinese Assembly Hall and the Japanese Covered Bridge.

6. The Marble Mountains, Hoa Hai, Ngu Hanh Son, Da Nang
Home to several Buddhist and Hindu grottoes – A stairway of 156 steps leads to the summit of Thuy Son. To enjoy wide panoramic view of the surrounding area and the other marble mountains.

7. Han Market, 119 Tran Phu Street, Da Nang
Round level is where locals shop for fresh vegetables, seafood, and butchered meat in the early morning. There are also numerous fruit stalls set in front of the market, where can purchase tropical fruits such as bananas, mangoes, durian, and jackfruit.

2. Po Nagar Cham Towers, 2 Thang 4 Road At the End of Xom Bong Bridge, Nha Trang
Built the Cham civilization between the 7th and 12th century to honor Yang I Nu Ponagar – mother of the Kingdom. It use this place for prayer and worshipping and there are many incense lighted giving the place an interesting aroma. The Ponagar tower is a very glorified structure with amazing architectures filling with stunning colors.

3. Hon Chong, Vinh Phuoc, Nha Trang
A famous sight in Nha Trang city which is at Hon Chong clump, Vinh Phuoc ward. Chong Rocks of two large rock clusters is located on the beach at the foot of la San hill. All of the rocks lying about in disorder and in the way create a majestic look.

4. Dam Market, Ben Cho, Van Thanh, Nha Trang
The largest market and trading symbol of Nha Trang coastal city. The market has existed for a long time and gone through many phases of the history’s changes, it has existed for a long time and gone through many phases of the history’s changes.
Due to unique architecture features and long-lasting historical significance, Dam Market becomes one of the must-see tourist attractions in Nha Trang.

5. XQ Hand Embroidery, 64 Tran Phu, Nha Trang
